Duties included but, are not limited to:
- Customer interactions
- Responding positively and handling customer complaints
- Providing mall information
- Answering multi-line phones
- Handling lost and found
- Directing calls to office staff and voice mail
- Maintaining contact with stores
- Providing wheelchairs
- Selling gift cards
- Maintaining refunds
Requirements included but, not limited to:
- MUST know Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a multi-tasker
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Retail familiarity
- Flexible availability throughout the year, this is mandatory
- Must be able to work Thursday mornings and afternoons, evenings and weekends (BOTH Saturday and Sunday.)
- MUST pass drug and criminal background tests
