Jay’s Boot Camp Fitness – Trainers of The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders – offers a 4-week fitness program that is for ALL fitness levels.

This 4 week program will get your lean and mean in a short time! The program includes 12 workouts, a customized nutritional plan, body fat testing, fitness tests and ACCOUNTABILITY! Yes, everything you need to get your BEACH BODY READY!

Class Schedule:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30am – 7:00am
and Saturdays at 8:00am.
(We meet in the parking lot at the theatre entrance between the movie theatre and Dillard's, close to DSW Shoe Warehouse.)
